Where did Clamber Club begin?
Clamber Club started in 1990 in Johannesburg South Africa. It began as a school programme for groups of special needs children with the aim of promoting their perceptual motor skills. This expanded into parties and school outings and once Liz had her own children, she saw the need for a thorough and exciting sensory motor programme for babies and toddlers. This programme then developed and grew into the Clamber Club Baby and Toddler franchise, with valuable extra input from remedial teacher Riana ODonnell.
The Clamber Club has gone from strength to strength thanks to passionate and motivated team members and franchisees, and now has three franchise offerings - Baby and Toddler classes, Pre-school and Playgroup classes, Parties, as well as a large community outreach programme.
