Komati Flight Academy PTY (LTD) is based at the Komatipoort Airfield (FAKP) in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
Komati Flight Academy is a SACAA approved Microlight Training Establishment, and the Academy only make use of highly qualified instructors. The tarred runway is 2,1km long and 40m wide. With its easy approaches and low air traffic, its the ideal airfield for student pilots.

Circuits are left hand on 11. Do not extend circuits to the east as to avoid over-flying the local town. Eskom high tension power lines on both sides of the Airfield. Pylons on the northern side are 87ft high. International boundary 2nm to the east of threshold of 29 - do not cross. No-landing crosses are still painted on the surface - ignore them when approaching from 11.
