Marija Ruygrok; has a B.A. Honours degree in Dramatic Art from the University of the Witwatersrand, where she majored in Acting, Directing and Drama in Education. She was trained in Voice Production by one of South Africas leading voice tutors, Joan Little.
Marija has more than fifteen years experience, training people of all ages in Speech, Drama, English, Presentation Skills and Telephone Techniques. She is also an accomplished public speaker and has inspired audiences at many seminars and conferences. Marija enjoys contributing to community projects and has experience in using drama as a form of therapy and expression with adults with physical and mental disabilities.
Linda Braun; has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, where she graduated Cum Laude. She has a Licentiate in Speech and Drama from UNISA.
Linda is in private practice as a Clinical Psychologist, where she focuses on a broad range of personal and inter-personal issues with individuals, couples and families.
Linda has more than 12 years experience in the training environment, where her clinical knowledge and expertise enrich her skills as a trainer. She specialises in the areas of: Stress Management, Facilitation Skills, Assertiveness and Conflict Resolution.
Together the team has a vision of making Accents training programmes accessible to socio-politically disadvantaged communities.
Maggie Tshule has a B.A. in Speech and Hearing Therapy and a Masters degree in Educational Psychology. Maggie has over twenty years experience lecturing and training students in audiology, stuttering and language. She lectured at WITS and MEDUNSA. Maggie is responsible for establishing the first Speech Therapy and Audiology training programme at MEDUNSA. She is a visionary and decisive project manager whose goal is the enrichment of the community. Maggies special interests include working with people who present with stuttering, pronunciation, voice, and other language related disorders of communication.
