About the facilitators

Marjón Meyer

Marjón Meyer has extensive experience in facilitation, programme design, skills gap analyses and assessments.

She is an energetic and demanding facilitator of courses such as management & leadership, confidence & assertiveness, negotiation skills, performance management, customer service, time management, skills for executive secretaries, emotionaI intelligence, business writing, creative problem solving etc.

Marjón was awarded scholarships for tertiary studies. She obtained B Com Honours degrees in Industrial Sociology (Cum Laude) and Communication respectively. During her studies she received various awards for academic achievements and public speaking. She was also the top student in both her Honours classes. She is a member of ASTD Forum SA.

Marjón worked at Rand Water for six years. At Rand Water she gained extensive experience in the human resource development field as a facilitator, training manager and training consultant. She has been involved in all areas of human resource management and has worked on various projects in this field. Marjon started to work as an independent training consultant in August 1997. Her services include programme development, facilitation and assessments. She is co-author of the book "Managing Human Resource Development' published by Butterworths in 2000.

Marjon has presented numerous in-house workshops, public courses and seminars on various topics ranging from managerial development to soft skills for office professionals to sales training. Her clients include high profile training providers, blue chip companies and government departments. She is a sought-after speaker at conferences as she is passionate about her topics and her audiences. Marjon addressed secretaries at the National Secretarial Symposium at Sun City in May 2002 and other symposia subsequently.

Corry Faling

Corry Faling is a founding member of Mosedimosi and an expert in facilitating sessions in Communication skills, English and Afrikaans Business writing.

She holds a BA Honours degree and a Diploma for Higher Education, is a qualified teacher and has completed voice and drama training.

She taught English to adults for twelve years at two technical colleges before starting Wordwise where she presents supplementary classes to learners and adults. She has been facilitating Professional business writing, Telephone and reception skills, Time management, Confidence and assertiveness and several other courses to corporate clients with great success.

She is also a director of Infokom - an advertising and public relations company - where she is mostly concerned with sub-editing copy writing and administration in a part-time capacity. As she understands the intricacies of professional communication, she is the perfect person to pass these skills on to her delegates.

Corry is a sought after presenter. She has a passion for training and manages to pass her enthusiasm and skills on to her delegates. She goes the extra mile for all her delegates in that she takes a personal interest in every learner's progress.

Cor Faling

Cor Faling is another founding member of Mosedimosi. For the past 25 years he has been the managing director of Infokom, an advertising and public relations company. He is skilled in marketing, advertising and corporate strategy formulation. Cor has conceived and implemented various successful communications and public relations programmes for blue chip companies. Articles written by him on behalf of public relations clients have received extensive publication.

Cor is a chartered secretary by profession (ACIS), holds an MBA degree from the Wits Graduate School of Business Administration as well as an Advanced Executive Programme certificate from the SBL of UNISA.

Cor is the ideal person for training delegates in business and creative writing, marketing, customer relationship management, advertising and public relations practice, meeting procedures and minute writing, report writing, entrepreneurship and management and leadership. He succeeds time and time again to pass on his enthusiasm and skills to his delegates.

Cor does extensive research on each of his topics and skilfully transforms this information into resourceful training manuals.

Dirk Graadt van Roggen

Dirk is a training and entrepreneurial consultant. He has a finance as well as a human resources background and is a facilitator of a wide range of courses including Finance, Team Building, Interpersonal Skills, Business Communication, Customer Service and Entrepreneurship, to name a few.

Dirk was one of the youngest employees of Standard Bank to complete his banking qualification (CAIB). He was awarded a bursary from the bank to read for a B Com degree on a full time basis. He graduated from Rhodes University in 1992. He also completed his higher education diploma (HED) Cum Laude at UNISA.

Dirk has extensive experience in the financial sector as he spent ten years in commercial banking. In the process he gained exposure to all aspects of banking and human resources training and management. For the past nine years he has been practising as a consultant in the education and training field.

He provides training and education to corporations and government institutions. Dirk is also a lecturer on a part-time basis and he offers private tuition to learners of many different ages with whom he has great success. Dirk has a passion for improving people's performance and delegates often acclaim Dirk as the ultimate facilitator.

Mosedimosi draws on several other facilitators who are experts in specific fields eg finance, project management, voice training.
