Yoga Mama Philosophy
We have a love, a passion and a calling to work with mothers during this sacred time in their lives. We respect deeply the individual soul of each baby we teach; where our ‘teaching’ is perceived by us as a blessing to assist and deepen the bond between mom & babe.
It is absolutely necessary for anyone teaching pregnant and postpartum women to be knowledgeable about common pathologies seen during pregnancy and the postpartum period in order to maintain safe standards of practice. Yoga and other holistic practices can be a source of great comfort to pregnant women. We will ensure you will gain a wealth of knowledge to offer your students about alternative modalities that will bring them relief.
