Cherryl Duncan has a Teachers Training Certificate in the Shivananda tradition of Yoga She completed this in India at Yoga Vidya Gurukul (University) under her teacher Vishwas Mandlik in Nasik. By combining what she has learnt through personal practice and from her teacher, she has made Yoga accessible and effective to those she teaches.
Living Yoga in association with Yoga Vidya Dham is joined to the spiritual tradition of Sage Adi Shankaracharya, Swami Sivananda and Swami Satyananda.

Hatha Yoga focusses on stretching, breathing and practicing the postures, but because we believe in incoporating the entire yogic philosophy into our teaching, during the class you will also recieve instruction and encouragement in the art of living well so that you are truly 'living yoga' when you leave the class.
Power Yoga is a more physically demanding form of Yoga that is dynamic in nature, which means you move from one posture to the next so that your entire practice becomes a moving meditation. The most noticble difference in Power Yoga is that you do not rest inbetween the postures.
